Automatic BIN/CUE to VCD converter for POPStarter
Choose the folder that contains your PS1 games: it can have the .bin and .cue files directly inside, or spread across subfolders (one per game). They will be detected automatically.
The .VCD files are saved in the VCD_output subfolder.
